Our Trainers
Jenna Earley, Owner & Trainer
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jenna’s connection to movement began early. As a competitive gymnast, she spent much of her childhood in the gym, developing a lifelong appreciation for strength, discipline, and what the body is capable of.
She earned a degree in Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Anatomy and Physiology and is a Certified Functional Strength Coach, having studied under Mike Boyle, one of the most respected strength and conditioning coaches in the industry and a longtime leader in functional strength training.
After moving to Austin in 2022 and becoming a mother of two, her relationship with strength evolved. Training became more than physical — it became a way to reconnect with herself, build confidence, and feel strong in every sense of the word.
That philosophy became the foundation for Earley Fit Club.
Jenna created EFC to combine her passion for teaching and strength training with something deeply important to her: helping women prioritize themselves, challenge what they’re capable of, and become stronger — physically and mentally.
Because strength isn’t just about how you look. It’s about how you feel, how you move, and how you show up in your life.
Hillary Watts, Trainer
A lifelong athlete and passionate sports fan, Hilary has always loved the way movement, competition, and strength can bring out the best in us. As a three-sport athlete growing up—playing soccer and basketball and competing in track—she developed an appreciation for hard work, discipline, and the confidence that comes from pushing yourself to do more.
Today, as a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) and mom of two girls, she brings that same mindset to helping women build strength that carries far beyond the gym.
Her coaching approach combines intentional strength training, thoughtful coaching, and genuine encouragement with a belief that getting stronger should feel empowering, not intimidating. She’s passionate about helping women feel capable in their bodies, confident in their abilities, and proud of the work they’re putting in.
For Hilary, strength isn’t just about lifting heavier. It’s about showing up for yourself, setting an example for the next generation, and becoming stronger for everything life throws your way. Being strong is something you build and carry with you for life.
